Visit Sting My Heart for Thankful Thursday.
This week's theme is Trust and I'm certainly learning to do more and more of that these days! Recent thankfuls from me.......
~ a small potty training success with my youngest!
~ online friends who know what I'm feeling and going through and who encourage and lift me up across the miles.
~ laughter shared with my oldest as he reads books from the Hank The Cowdog series to me (he does great character voices!).
~ the tremendous blessing of hubby being able to continue driving a company vehicle ... God's favor definitely shined down on us.
~ gloomy, rainy days that make perfect snuggle and reading weather (and the rain is much needed).
~ delicious veggies and herbs from our garden (summer is not our peak gardening season here, but I'm thankful for what is growing).

Reading your blog this morning reminds me of the many things to be thankful for. Thank you for sharing your life with us.
Thanks for the link! Love your thankful list for today. I'll be back....
Oh, I miss Hank the Cowdog books! Fun times.
I should make a list of my thankfuls today too.
Also, I wanted to ask you when do you plan on planting seeds for your Fall garden? Are you sewing into the ground or peat pots?
I did late Aug last year but almost wished I had done some of it sooner. Didn't give myself enough time for some of those slow-growing veggies like cauli & brussels.
Woohoo, small potty training successes!! I remember the days. I was grateful when I heard anything make contact with the water!! I would cheer like my favorite team had just won the championship. I'm not sure if the kids joined me in excitement by their looks or they thought I was losing my mind!
Having your own garden with fresh veggies and herbs is so neat. You get to see and eat of the fruit of your labor. That's something to be thankful for.x
Bless you, and your thankful heart.
That is a wonderful list of things to be thankful for. (My husband wouldn't be thankful for Hank the Cowdog though--he used to beg me not to read those books to the kids because the annoyed him. Kids loved 'em though. We read them when he wasn't around.)
I will definitely be checking out Hank The Cowdog. My second son likes doing voices too, it is a nice thing.
I am happy for you about the toilet training!
My son loves Hank the Cowdog books. He also likes the Todd Strasser books. He will read for hours on them. lol
Even on our worst days, we can always be thankful for our loving Father.
Canning golden wax beans today. Have a great weekend.
